Unit 4 Damaged In 7.3 Quake
July 10, the Fukushima region suffered a 7.3 quake.
TEPCO announced no damage to the plant. By visual inspection two changes were found to unit 4. On the North end the concrete panels that were pushed over fell in on the left side. The large overhead crane on the South end now has a slight angle to its position. The red line represents the new angle of the crane. More detail can not be determined due to the low quality of available images.
