Over Half Of Prefectures Refuse To Take Disaster Debris

Over half of prefectures are refusing to bring in waste for disposal from the disaster areas. Most are citing the inability to handle it at their local waste facilities. What is rarely mentioned in all of this is that asking other prefectures to import radioactive debris and expose themselves is a rather silly idea. There is still no clear plan for a debris disposal facility in Tohoku.
