Last Leg Of Castor Protests, Vans Cemented To Road, Protesters Trampled By Horses

The Castor protests have hit the road. The last leg of the Castor transport requires casks be transferred from rail cars to trucks. Greenpeace activists cemented this van to the pavement.

Horses were used to trample protesters in an attempt to get them to leave. Thousands sat on the road making the road impassable. Police have used a variety of tactics including water cannons to try to remove protesters.
