@RadioGuy I did some looking. It requires the post to be input in each language when written. That can be done with a google trans cut and paste but it isn't an automatic thing.

I still have not gotten testing results for that rad filter. I contacted both the retailer and manufacturer asking for the test results of the filter. I did find some RO options if we end up needing to go a different route.

@Peter Melzer Sellafield's main (or only) client was TEPCO and Chubu. TEPCO now has no plant they can run mox in and Chubu's only plant (hamaoka) that they had mox in has been suspended by the govt.

I think they key factor is that the cities in Fukushima prefecture help sponsor it. They would not sponsor it and allow it to be moved somewhere safe since it is obviously an economic promotion thing.
