@Tenzing: humans are indeed beautiful. Several of the most humane, wonderful, inspiring people I knew --and looked up to-- as a child invented the original bomb: Bacher (inventor of the trigger), *Feynman* (often referred to as GOD in Pasadena, CA), Sands (a UCS founder). I do think that human intelligence may ensure our destruction, however. We create things we can't control very well. Or well enough, anyway.
