@marie rich Gotcha, I went through it all and saw your markings. It is clearly Visible to me at least, that the Night Pictures are capable of capturing lights from Ships and planes / Helicopters.......and that the facility is definetly NOT always light up and the Light itself is not the same "and i would expect this" as bright as the others especially sine it should be reflecting but than again it might be behind buildings. So we may have possible could have, likely a ........."drumroll".light.........

@markfm: would that correspond to the debris from the hydrogen explosion from r#3 in first few days?
There is an interesting sentence in the NHK article (in Japanese) that I am trying to wrap my head around. If I'm reading it right it says "The level that was found (0.54 bq / kg) is about the same as the amount in normal Japanese soil and the level that was deposited from the domestic nuclear bomb tests in the past."
