Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Government aid to developing countries products from earthquake affected areas of eastern Japan (ODA) budget for purchasing, embarked on a study aid for developing countries to apply. I also help plan the reconstruction of the ODA budget for overseas disaster area.
According to the ODA budget for this year's allocation policy, you are considered for purchase, Iwate, Miyagi, processed marine products such as canned Fukushima prefectures. Also consider a priority to disaster areas to accept foreign trainees to learn and Agriculture and Fisheries, also hopes to eliminate the harmful rumor We hope.
ODA to leverage technology to expand overseas and rail infrastructure. To sell overseas advanced seismic technology in Japan, to demonstrate that an emergency stop without the Tohoku Shinkansen derailed by this earthquake. Invest funds and human resources to the development of international legal systems.

@artnuke there are some flaws in this logic. They are looking at sewage ash. If it was showing up in air filters and drinking water then I would panic. Look at the numbers in the source cited. One place with the highest i-131 has no cesium in their sewage. That is an indicator the source isn't Fukushima but is likely hospital discharge and patients in the area.

@MaryW also, if someone had to evacuate their home, they are less connected to news, the internet etc. They are dealing with having their life turned upside down. With time for the chaos to settle slightly they have been able to access what is going on and they are justifiably not happy. There were people in Japan calling thing for what they were all along but they were people who were very connected and informed. We always knew they couldn't keep up the lies forever and gradually time has run out on those early on lies. You can't fake reality, you can't hide an exploding nuclear reactor.

Fukushima plant's backup generator failed in 1991The operator of the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant failed to take preventive measures after a backup generator was inundated by a leaking pipe 20 years ago.
Former employees of the Tokyo Electric Power Company told NHK that the problem occurred in October 1991.
They said water leaked from a pipe and entered the basement of the Number 1 reactor's turbine building. This caused the failure of one of the two backup generators.
A former engineer at the Fukushima plant said he told his superiors that tsunami could damage the emergency generators in the basement, as the turbine buildings are close to the sea.
TEPCO installed doors to block water leaks in the rooms hosting the backup generators, but did not move them above ground to avoid tsunami damage.
The plant's reactor cooling system failed when the emergency generators in the basement were inundated by the March 11th tsunami. All power sources were lost.
Japan's Nuclear Safety Commission says it will revise the safety guidelines for designing nuclear plants and require the installation of additional power sources.
