- All have core damage, low water levels where the core should be submerged but can't be kept submerged, and leakage of highly radioactive water into the basement through some sort of "loosening" although nobody is quite willing to declare there is an actual breach of the reactor pressure vessel.by Sky 3/27/2011 2:52:05 AM

A girlfriend of mine who is out there with her husband left because she said it was BASICALLY (not for sure) the smartest thing to do. They were being urged apparently.
