Ralph: There is a reason that it's not being escalated. It has to do with evacuation. The reason that the GoJ sticks with its story is two fold: 1st has to do with liability. It's reliant on its agencies. 2nd: has to do with the magnitude of an evacuation. If it increase the area to the US recommendation, Tokyo is included. Enuf said.by Karen Warren 3/27/2011 5:03:07 AM
