@Merelisa I do in fact believe that report was true though unsure of the true extent. Not being able to see inside sure makes it hard to know, but if the crack is real, and extends below the waterline, there's your breach right there.

how can TEPCO solve this problem? the pipes that supply fresh water to reactor 1,2 and 3 have gone bad. It will take at least 10 days for new pipes to come. These pipes have to be fixed in tubrine building. Workers who went to R#3 reactor building were injured. R#2 and R#1 turbine buildings have high amount of radioactive water. What can tepco do now? workes cannot spray water because of high level of radioactivity? I am trying to find a silver lining here.

At some point... conjucture rules. I've read enough 'expert' reports to come to the conclusion that the reactor core has been 'compromised.' Like that lingo? I've learned a lot from Japanese reporters... :-)

The thing the Fukushima prefecture readings show is that this stuff doesn't spread evenly. It drifts like snow, thoughj in much thinner drifts.

@Gabe Yes, this confirms what we suspected when the neutron flux was measured. @Radioman The neutron flux was measured 13 times beginnng on the 13th through the 15th, as reported by TEPCO.

@NiteSpawn I'd spoken earlier about my friend, a shaman, having had a major spiritual "event' at that time (and myself as well) he said he felt a huge "disturbance" and felt that something horrible had happened. I felt similar.

@NHK listener @Ralph I read somehwere that pipes are damaged and these pipes need to be custom-made. Not sure where. They will still have to go to turbine building to fix them. with current radiation levels only kamikaze will dare to venture into turbine buildings.
