- I have found it to be both. You should see a Recorded upper right if it is but perhaps they record and then show it "live" for a 1st time. There are times I know it was in the past as they would state there is a live news conference and the breaking news on other sites and quick follow ups with papers occurred.by @roscoojam 4/11/2011 11:37:19 PM
