
nancy.. typically in nuclear plants they like to draw air that could be contaminated out ducting then out the stack via the air washers.. so they draw good air into potentially contaminated air.. they have fresh air/air conditioned air as a supply... the exhaust and supply thing

that area around the cap.. if that's it.. shows the depth of the explosion on the main floor.. it's a good distance in normal conditions from the top of the main floor to the top of the cap
