The reason is unknown till now.
Any information has not be presented from the government and TEPCO.
The fear that maybe be spread the new radioactive substances are remaining.
The situation now is calmed and the smokes are not seen.

Around it you see the corrugated metal siding that was on Unit 1. This is an accident in reactor 3, caused by a lack of water for cooling, due to the damage of the pipe, and by heat from melting down. The temperature of the no.3 reactor core supression pool had been stable at around 110 degrees C in April, but it has been going up this month. It was measured at 152.2 degrees C at 11pm on the 7th of this month, which means an increase of about 40 degrees since last month. If the temperature keeps going up, the water (supply) to the reactor will be increased. Have you guys seen this video, its a close-up look at the spent-fuel pool in reactor 4. Debris from damage to the building can be seen on top of the fuel rods.
