I have been wondering why Tepco is illuminating the plants after dark. They weren't doing that at the beginning of the crisis, were they? Part of me thinks that they're doing it specifically so that you *can't* make out the blue light. I also think they're doing something under cover of darkness on Saturday night, when viewership of media and the internet are the lowest.
