@smoss Very good question. I saved all the links you posted for morning coffee reading in depth. The info on MOX makes it seem very hard to handle. I have seen mentions of changing the way they run reactors but not details of how. @wtm Yes I watched the white hat/helmet walk L to R squat down stand up and then 2 more came out. What is interesting is the right side of the fence/railing, you can't see the stuff behind it. The big pipe in the background comes down and then disappears behind the railing. There is either a building there or something was put up so you can't see what is happening behind that side of the railing.
