    15 ton of low-level radioactive water spilled out from a temporary tank because a hose used as a water gauge was detached from the tank wall
    (cont) Why hose was detached? Because TEPCO used a piece of duct tape(!) to put the hose on the wall, but the tape fell off.
    (cont) TEPCO reported no radiation increase on the ground around the spilled water. (Does this make sense? The water is radioactive.)
