  • Ob_Li Leo (on the primary ballot removal)
Japan Meteorological Agency announced that the cosecutive earthquakes in Yamanashi area are not related to Mt. Fuji volcanic activities.
    by lillymunster 1/28/2012 1:33:32 AM

  • hope that is real time.. not sure on the steam
    by dean 1/28/2012 1:34:01 AM

  • well, a little steam is still no eruption.
    by Edano 1/28/2012 1:37:27 AM

  • Someone on twitter said Fuji can get bits of what looks like clouds up on the snow part when the winds hit right. That on the cam looks like steam, not a wift of snow.
    by lillymunster 1/28/2012 1:37:58 AM

  • I tweeted the live cam shot to see if anyone has a comment on twitter
    by lillymunster 1/28/2012 1:39:58 AM

  • @lillymunster, what about, could they've been putting fuel back into core 4, hence its heat signature?
    by Ian 1/28/2012 1:41:00 AM

  • @Ian not sure. It sounds like they were far into the project unless they had a delay.
    by lillymunster 1/28/2012 1:42:15 AM

  • @lillymunster, too bad Tepco's pre 3/11 updates never cited Fuku.
    by Ian 1/28/2012 1:44:48 AM

  • www3.shizuokanet.ne.jp this cam shows clouds thick enough so fuji can't be seen
    by dean 1/28/2012 1:46:10 AM

  • The webcam won't load for me .... loaded
    by elainekirk 1/28/2012 1:46:27 AM

  • rather ironic if concerns re Fuiji are accurate (which I doubt) TOKYO (Kyodo) -- The Japanese government has formally asked UNESCO to register Mt. Fuji, Japan's highest peak, and the ancient city of Kamakura as World Heritage cultural sites in 2013, government officials said Friday.http://mdn.mainichi.jp/mdnnews/national/news/20120127p2g00m0dm162000c.html 28th Jan

    by dean 1/28/2012 2:00:20 AM

  • @UKVal fuji is bound to be containated it is so high there is no way it could escape the airborne stuff I wuld have thought
    by elainekirk 1/28/2012 2:00:27 AM

  • @lillymunster see what you mean looks to be venting from the side
    by elainekirk 1/28/2012 2:01:19 AM

  • @elainekirk agree -but I don't think it's about to erupt. Main problem with all mountains will be radioactivity in the snow melt
