@Nancy my thinking was they needed to move it as it was under the tippling side and they moved it to there and are using the camera not water they will need to check the stucture and from the new position they can see the side that was hit by the missile and is now leaning inwards

@Nancy, Elaine - have you passed on information about the leaning buildings to places like the physics forum?
by dean 5/7/2011 1:15:33 PM

I still go with #4 leaning and why would they move the pump? my money is still on 4 toppling but I do eat my words often so it is just my opinion :)

video.search.yahoo.com not sure if you have seen this one @all interesting perspective and maybe some more identifiable objects like the yellow cap etc.... out at about 2:32 or so it kinda looks like colums on building are slightly tipping
by dean 5/7/2011 1:28:36 PM

yes Nancy, that would be interesting for the PHYSICS folks to digest

Just got an explanation of this from yomiuri
Black ones are nuke power plants in operation. White ones are under regular check-up. The rest are in trouble. So there ae more than fuku in trouble

Just realised you cant easily see the x's on pic you will have to go to the pic itself
