  • @Jim If the pdf is Japanese text rather than image, you can try sucking it into google docs with the import text from pdf and see if it works. Then share the doc and give that link to google so it can translate for you. iffy, but it works with many languages.

    The nuclear reactor vessel flange is welted to the top side of the vessel and has 54 holes for the studs. Inside the flange, there are the support to hold the internal articles of the reactor and keyway. A metal ring, which acts as a gasket, is compressed to the side that is assembled with the head to seal the vessel so that no coolant is leaked from inside.
