@fitter, aside from the uniform building codes the reactor building would have to meet certain seismic requirements, wind loadings tornado etc. for the SEISMIC ZONE they are in as well as NUREG AND NRC requirements..by dean 5/10/2011 1:47:57 AM- The souffle theory seems to be most of what is going on. The landside wall is buckling an out of square. The seaside wall is bowing out from the top. Even with the black crane out of the picture there is a slight lean to the land side wall. - venting systems that could have potential air activity would go through HEPA typefilters for labs etc and equipment or main air supply and exhaust would all be directed to the scrubbers and treatment HVAC systems then out the stack... there are probably some systems that vent directly outsideby dean 5/10/2011 1:49:55 AM

- @Edano Look closer at the lines on the last image. certain parts still keep a vertical line like the corner closest. But the lines of the land side wall I expanded and traced the concrete, it is very uneven and some of the lower parts are rather buckled.by Nancy 5/10/2011 1:51:31 AM
