- Interesting that 3 is doing another steam show. Mark mentioned this morning that temps were up again at 3 and also leaked some highly radioactive water into a drainage pit. The last time 3 did this (last Sat.) the temps were up too. Mark's post from earlier:
"#3 RPV temps still rising, despite 9 cubic meters/hr water injection. RPV is at 219/153C as of 23:00 on 10 May, vs. 193/151C at 6:00. - @dean not specifics like what models they were. There might be something in the documents Elaine dug up a few weeks ago as far as testing or lack of testing. That image I have of the generator IIRC came from a TEPCO document. If we can back track to the document might be able to glean something useful about the generators.
