BTW, something changed on Scribble and if you don't sign in via FB, Twitter or such you fall right into mod it seems. I signed in with FB which I never do and I stayed on Auto.

Tokyo Electric Power Company has compiled a document on what happened at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant during the first 5 days after the March 11th earthquake and tsunami triggered the nuclear accident.
The approximately 50-page document chronicles in detail the events that took place at the plant, centering on reactors 1, 2 and 3, as well as TEPCO's responses.

Tokyo Electric Power Company has resumed test-runs of a system to decontaminate highly radioactive water at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant. If all goes well, TEPCO plans to put the system into full operation later on Friday.

@reed so the taxpayer subsidises tepco compensation payments , tepco hand the taxpayers money to those left dependent on the taxpayer by tepco's 'accident' then the victims live off the tepco distributed taxpayer money till it runs out then return to ...as an economic policy I can see flaws..
Meanwhile the billions DONATED globally has been wrapped up in red tape and the people struggle on

@elainekirk And to complete the cycle of absurdity, don't forget that the poor souls in the temporary housing units are required to pay TE for the utilities while they're there despite the fact that many arrived with only the clothes on their backs and can not find jobs.
