@NorthernCali Not sure. Can't get a straight answer out of anyone. It went from weeks to a month to "months". Garrison dam slowed down releases but I don't know what that means. They are telling some people in SD they can go home so they must be expecting to slow down.

@radioguy in 2010 they had no sand, no sand bags and nobody lined up to deliver sand. The improved plan was to have empty sand bags on site and a contract for someone to deliver sand. It reads like a Saturday Night Live sketch.

@radioguy The plan with the NRC claims they are good to 1014ft. There are places that do not look like they have 10 feet of sandbags left.
