So either izotope is running and leaking again or something else is maybe causing these? Anyone have ideas??

post from Fuku worker Happy. Seems to be referring to the knock out panels on the reactor buildings.
I talk a little off in the pond ゙ Mr. Aso Roautoha panel, but if I talk to shine a little more detail ... know. If you open a hydrogen explosion panels off Roautoha ゙ pond as I say and I certainly would not happen. Panels except No. 2 hard but I'm not open.
One more: It has previously been a problem I had to chuck in panel c is open when there is an earthquake in Kashiwazaki. TEPCO'm So open your teeth chatter and welded to a horizontal panel in the deployment of all Units. I chatter from Unit 2 was still open.
Two more: What is this I'm not a violation of security regulation or I might misunderstand the oiler. Please tell me if you know if people. Injection could be better off thanks to the explosion at the building .... I think it was great from a worker exposed to more explosions 考Etara If you are not now.

@Ian I see nothing that shows something that could have been around it. No damage to the other racks or the lone assembly except the bent handle. I have to wonder if this was done because the assembly was bad? The pool racks IIRC have a base grid, the boron boxes the assembly goes in and the top bracket. I do not know if they normally come as a unit or are built in a modular fashion. I remember seeing things that looked like those assembly boxes in the early rubble but I think all were later identified as other things?

Happy new year!
Keep an eye out for news on this tomorrow. Sounds like reprocessing was going to cost tons more than storage and someone hid this.
"Mainichi is "hiding biennial direct disposal costs," reported. Direct disposal in 1998 can be estimated one-fourth of reprocessing. But hiding. I was in the House of Councillors Budget Committee in March 2004, "The cost of reprocessing is not some" ask. Secretary of Energy agency was "not calculated the cost," and false answer'
