- Since Jim is here... We have a plan for archiving documents on Jim's server space. I have a pretty good stockpile of images. There was talk earlier we need to archive videos off YouTube before they can be taken down. Happens frequently on YouTube. - @Nancy I keep it sealed in the refrig for a few months and it is fine. ImportFood.com gets them very fresh because they have contacts in Asia. They are nice people.
