So, Did Toshihiro present the Nancy blueprint at the TEPCO press conference on the 24th, to which they responded "Where did you get that?"
Because that's what it sounds like...
"TEPCO said at a news conference April 24 that the company suspects the blueprint is one of its internal documents, but has not confirmed how it was made public."

- I have mentioned this before but perhaps I should mention it again. In order to remove fuel from the reactor they flood parts of the plant and they open doors so the fuel can be transferred underwater, those doors use a pneumatic seal to keep them shut. @Nancy GE required it of all plants, but they could only enforce it in the US.by Ralph Unger 4/27/2011 3:03:43 AM
