  • @fitter I can't read the Japanese language media, but since the first two weeks, I have not seen "current" readings at all. Then I saw them on Japanese tv, almost like a weather chart with temps listed by city. Now all I have seen is media reports of statements being made by people, not daily readings

  • @fitter I am not sure how it works, it has a very sensitive monitor that I hold up to anything, food, plants, water, air, and there are two separate monitors for alpha and gamma

  • @Reed my peak reading was 1.70 Bq/cm(squared). This was off of plants and dirt read through the cracks in the walls of a hillside.

  • @bo Thank you. That is not good news. I am very suprised to see a Co-60 reading in Hiroshima. Due to the half-life of 5.27 years, one can not write that off to history.
