@ch Yes, that was me. I'm running across conflicting reports. Some say that Fukushima I-3 was runnng 30% MOX, and yet others state that it was less than %6 MOX. - Shipment of MOX fuel from France is the reason for the reduction in the figure for plutonium "Recovered in France". Note that it is not possible to reconcile the figures precisely, because only "fissile plutonium" is shown for plutonium held overseas. - @Angie yeah it is, but they are grown and doing their own thing. Fortunately I get to do a lot of traveling. Going to visit my son and his wife in Barcelona in a few weeks.
