- @Bobby1, I'm just wondering if the xenon-isotope ratio could be measured from the #3 blast given that Chernobyl was just one blast from one reactor, whereas at Fuku we've got 3 blasts and constant emissions. - @Bobby1, yeah, minus that recent Chernobyl data suggesting NPP fuel might be prone to criticality, the speculation re #3 would be a bit far fetched. Busby cited that data as the ground from which he speculated about #3.
