@all , that crane is a long way from the plant and looks to be moving, the change of angle is probably a different orientation from the camera. if it was at angle and started to move in a direction that brough the boom pointing directly at the camera or 180 deg from it any rotation of the crane would make it appear to be changing angle of the boom...Strange that a crane is moving with its boom up though unless it is moving a load....by Lethbridgean 5/14/2011 12:42:09 AM- those quake waves are getting high @ukvak tepco should never be allowed near another nuclear plant after the way they have handled fukushimaby elainekirk 5/14/2011 12:42:29 AM
