
@wtm looking at that maybe the buildings are not leaning as such it looks too uniform is it possiblel that there is a new fracture from the quake and the ground has actually lifted at an angle?

@edano I could only see it in #4 before but looking a tepco cam it is too uniform and not particular to any 1 building , it also explains them choosing that camera because it isnt imediately obvious to the casual obbserver , it hit me in the face when wtm pointed it out but prior to that it hadnt registered
