Looking at the post from earlier about unit 4. The concrete block put in under the spent fuel pool could add to the horizontal swaying or cause some odd acceleration behavior. The removal of the upper wall section probably won't matter because what was removed wasn't supporting anything. That building is so beat up and weakened in so many places it is a big concern. There is fuel they might be able to remove quicker if they could speed things up. IIRC there is a large number of assemblies so some are likely to be old enough to remove. Less fuel means less weight and less to burn if it would ever catch fire again.

It seems like everyone in every part of the government knew the risk was being downplayed. The article also mentions the "rumors" tactic to scare or intimidate anyone trying to say otherwise.

@Ian they have no concrete plan. They have to come up with a way to lower casks and move fuel into the casks. The current cranes swing around too much so they will have to rig something. I doubt they can use the refueling crane to load fuel. It is damaged plus heavy, moving it around could damage the building.

Some worker tweets about unit 4:
Unit 4, we have to wait and see but I know that is not in the big events, the collapse of Unit 4 and the upcoming Toka suggest you know what the big deal with yourself is not good In the Great Exhibition so important to monitor the water level is not adjusted. If the water level falls or without load and leave this injection is different for some reason. Something you would not Zudon durability at the gate or plug something. While any attempt to observation.
I hope you can see I like to point out that in the reference url. @ Morimoto_Naoki : @ Yukari_Kokubun @ Sunnysunnynismo buildings are considerably damaged that. What happens if a major earthquake destroyed? That. Then I'll worry anyone. That there is a pool on the fourth floor itself, Location
Right (o ° °) I announced to deal quickly and firmly monitor perfectly and tightly into the New Year patrol lax. This can be neglected and気Dzukanakatsu, if another more serious events. @ Automaticfocus : @ Sunnysunnynismo in the current situation, if anyone noticed scared just incase you did, "

This is very interesting. Someone took the radiation sea distribution map and overlayed the migration patterns for various fish species. Look at the salmon routes.
