@Jim Carver @Tenzing - a negative number means that the zero has been changed. This is evidence that the EPA is cooking the books. If you think of a interger scale they just moved the zero to 100 so anything that reads below that is a negative number. Perhaps you should consider a dropbox archive - set up across a handful of trusted individuals for write access, everyone else read.
