- Some of the thickness in the air on the webcam may be from the kosa which Japan is experiencing now, the thick yellow sand that blows across east Asia from Mongolia. @bo Before you jumped on I mentioned the comment out of the head technical engineer trying to fix this mess. He mentioned how trying to get approval to build a tsunami wall in front of Reactors 3-4 he had to build an extremely good case to get the people in charge to allow it.
