
@angie do they actually believe that no pipes ruptured/cracked/broke seals during the quake/explosion? there seem to be an awful lot of unknowns and they seem to be focusing everything on that reactor .....it just isn't adding up in my head

@bo fantastic thank you it is february this year and talks of the age of the reactors I was thinking maybe we will read if they did upgrade to the standards set out in 2006 (99.99% sure that they didnt every doc talks about doing it but never found one showing it was done very clever wording sometimes but no absolute) it would be good to find something

the ceiling braces weren'#t fitted the modification results in a kind of extra layer raising the centre strip front to back iykwim so I say they didnt modify. Also I find no sign of them making the historical changes to the venting pipework that reduced hydrogen explosion risks , the safer design has the pipes having elbows so it goes up like
