@Dean: maybe the diesel generators have a closed-loop cooling circuit that doesn't require an external supply of water to work (like the cooling system of a car engine)? - @radioguy ty at least some data on milk... 1 Bq/l I-131 is much lower then than what was predicted here to result from the levels detected in grass-sampling in Sweden far far away... Hi Dean, I was away from my computer for a bit.
Reading your explanation about the valves shutting to the turbines. Is there a self generating electricity loop with the turbine also? I thought it was only a steam driven loop for basic cooling if things went completely out?
