@dean, the description of the outside power-independent cooling capacity makes now sense to me. In tepco release 684 , www.tepco.co.jp , they state that they tried to engage emergency core cooling at 16:36 on Mar. 11 without success. - @dean There are lots of new angles etc. from what I can see and they are all clear for a change. If there is something anyone has a burning question on if they can let me know I will look for an image of that angle.
