Is the US cabal hiding a nuclear weapons programme inside Japanese GE reactor plants such as Fukushima? The Rockefeller-controlled General Electric Company has several Trojan Horses in Japan. Is Fukushima now outed as one of them?

Confused and conflicting reports coming out of the Fukushima 1 nuclear plant cannot be solely the result of tsunami-caused breakdowns, bungling or miscommunication. Inexplicable delays and half-baked explanations from TEPCO (the Tokyo Electric Power Company) and METI (the Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry) appear to be driven by some unspoken factor. The smoke and mirrors at Fukushima 1 seem to obscure a steady purpose, an iron will and a grim task unknown to outsiders. The most logical explanation is that the nuclear industry and government agencies are scrambling to prevent the discovery of atomic-bomb research facilities hidden inside Japan's civilian nuclear power plants. alcuinbramerton.blogspot.com

According to the latest findings, a groundwater sample taken April 6 near the No. 1 reactor turbine building showed radioactive iodine-131 of 72 becquerels per cubic meter, with the concentration level growing to 400 becquerels as of Wednesday. The concentration level of cesium-134 increased from 1.4 becquerels to 53 becquerels.

TEPCO to pay 1 mil. yen per household in provisional damages: Kaieda
TOKYO, April 15, Kyodo

Tokyo Electric Power Co. is expected to pay 1 million yen to each household within 30 kilometers of the stricken Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant, in a provisional compensation package for residents affected by the crisis there, industry minister Banri Kaieda said Friday.
Tokyo Electric, which operates the plant, is expected to start handing out the provisional damages payments as early as this month, Kaieda said. Roughly 48,000 households are within the radius, where people have been ordered to evacuate or stay indoors.
Masataka Shimizu, president of the utility known as TEPCO, will hold a press conference from 1 p.m. on the issue, TEPCO said. english.kyodonews.jp

Is is just me, or are the provisional damages to be paid and the estimated compensation claims expected by the analyst just a drop in the bucket, compared with the real, still-unfolding, world-impacting magnitude of this severe nuclear accident? Or are they going to sweep the ultimate additional cancer cases and deaths worldwide under the rug and pretend that no causal relationship can be determined?

@Sky I don't think any strings are attached to the provisional money but I think the cancer cases will be ignored or excused away like there were after Chernobyl unless the world holds TEPCO and the GoJ's feet to the fire over this. The difference is now we have the ability to communicate immediately and can maybe do something we couldn't do in the 80's

Nuclear fuel inside the crippled reactors at the Fukushima Daiichi power plant has partially melted and settled at the bottom of pressure vessels in the shape of grains, according to an analysis by the Atomic Energy Society of Japan made public by Friday.

The academic body's panel on nuclear energy safety has said the melted fuel at the No. 1 to 3 reactors has been kept at a relatively low temperature, discounting the possibility that a large amount of melted fuel has already built up at the bottom of their reactor vessels given the temperature readings there.

A large buildup of melted nuclear fuel at the bottom could become a molten mass so hot that it could damage the critical containers and eventually leak huge amounts of radioactive material.

The panel has also said that the fuel grains with a diameter of between several millimeters and 1 centimeter are believed to have settled flatly at the bottom of the vessels, leaving almost no possibility of a nuclear chain reaction called ''recriticality.''

Takashi Sawada, deputy chairman of the group, gave the assessment that even if the current stabilization efforts proceed smoothly, it would take at least two to three months for the fuel to be stabilized with few if any radioactive emissions.

Thanks Jojo! @All Well, it appears RPV1's pressure continues to steadily increase. Drywell rads were holding steady near 30, then they shot up to 100, shortly thereafter it was determined by TEPCO that it's better if we don't know. Blank readings for drywell rads. Ignorance is bliss?

Assume we have a field of unsecured hot (radioactive) fragmented debris (cracked or pulverized or granulated fuel pellets, etc) at ground zero scattered 1 mile all around, and an easterly Category 3 cyclone/typhoon (precipitation radius of 100 km) churns in at, say 10kph well inside of the 50km calamity zone, is there a way to model the scenario for 24 hours starting from landfall? Thanks.
