  • There's a claim that a little spot on TepCam is a fire @ Unit 4 : fukushima-diary.com ???
    by Ian 9/29/2011 5:57:06 PM

  • That spot is across the road from unit 4, not even really close to it. How can they say unit 4 is on fire???
    by lillymunster 9/29/2011 5:58:07 PM

  • Right, sorry, that report is obviously BS. I just saw a video alerting about it and took it semi-seriously.
    by Ian 9/29/2011 5:59:13 PM

  • @Ian At least they provided the proper evidence to debunk it, no need to go search for info. :-)

  • @all,please look at the points being made on the bottom half of this article. Could there be something strange going on at the plant? nuclearhistory.wordpress.com
    by Liz 9/29/2011 6:07:41 PM

  • @Liz very interesting. The steam and issues seem to be coming from over by the common fuel pool building. So it could be that something happened due to the quake or what they are hinting at, some thing major happened underground. It is night time in JP. Will pop open twitter and see what i can find. Does anyone have ways to corroborate any of the other info?

  • This from TeaTree on twitter: I was afraid that he finally began. Change from the earthquake was at 7:00 that afternoon. Strange movement of the SDF and U.S. forces in Japan. RT @ Fiddletamiko : Today is not an earthquake. Weird. I think that many times in the basement exploded. Moreover, to Tokyo What I felt the shaking, explosion like?

  • As part of monitoring activity of the surrounding environment, we conducted
an analysis of plutonium contained in the soil collected on March 21 and 22
at the 5 spots in Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station. As a result,
    plutonium 238, 239 and 240 were detected.
    (Previously announced)

As a result of plutonium and strontium analysis in the soil from the
samples at the 3 periodic sampling spots collected on September 5 and 12,
plutonium 238, 239, and 240 were detected as shown in the appendix 1.

    docs.google.com

In addition, as a result of nuclide analysis of the gamma ray contained in
the soil, radioactive materials were detected as shown in the appendix 2
    and 3.

Today, we informed the Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency and the
government of Fukushima Prefecture of the results.

We will continue conducting the similar analysis.

    by lillymunster 9/29/2011 6:17:44 PM

    by lillymunster 9/29/2011 6:19:24 PM

  • judging from the jma map, the quake's epicenter was directly underneath the plants. i will try to find it out.
    by Edano 9/29/2011 6:19:39 PM

  • That is definitely fire or steam not fog. It has been spewing in that area for at least 30 min and the plant hasn't see fog roll in. This does look suspicious.

  • Tea Tree seems to be the only person awake and tweeting this stuff. He gets info from friends frequently but isn't able to cite sources but seems to be reliable so I assume he has connections.

  • Fukushima shocking truths: Historical radiation dump, cover-up, the unborn. Nuclear energy refugees and unwitting consumers face overwhelming reality of Fukushima catastrophe impacting survivors and the unborn

Thursday, another strong quake hit Japan's Fukushima where workers refuse to work at its crippled nuclear power plant that is releasing more radioactive contamination into the ocean than ever seen, with highest cesium values not closest to Fukushima, amid what an "ultimate insider" told ABC News Australia is a "cover-up" of a catastrophe so intense, truth has been buried, even by the Prime Minister. Thousands of Japan's nuclear energy refugees battle to face reality, especially women confronted with these new reports who worry about their children and their unborn. www.examiner.com
